Question about Samsung SGH-E870 Cellular Phone
I have a Samsung E870 I want to unlock from T-Mobile. The instructions from T-Mobile tell me to insert a sim card from another network, then at the message "network locked, enter password" I should enter the unlocking code supplied. However I get the message "Invalid sim card".
Can anybody explain why I get this message and what I need to do to unlock the phone. Neither T-Mobile or Samsung know the answer.
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
