As long as you have a disc and you are not installing a one-time download that if you try again, you will lose it (some sort of free trial) you could try to uninstall what you have and reinstall it. The only reason that that won't work is some problem that you have with your computer that you do not know about. If it is an internet download, I would contact Norton and ask them personally just to make sure. I hope this is helpful.
