Clear Memory

we put a new toner in our panasonic fax machine, but we need to clear the memory or else we will be getting copies that are in the memory.
we have been unable to find steps to solve this problem in the manual

Try unplugging the fax machine from the outlet. Let it stand for awhile, plug back in. Memory should be cleared.
