Question about Philips Magnavox 15MF400T 15 in. LCD Television
Hello. I have had this lcd LG tv for 14 months. The problem is that my tv at any random moment begins to act like crazy. Sometimes the volume goes up until it hits 100... some other times it changes channels, it goes up one channel... some other times it turns on in the middle of the night or at any given time during the day. When it does, it turns on and begins to raise the volume up to 100. When it acts crazy the power button on the remote becomes unresponsive so i have no other option other than unplug it. Now, i read that i could try to unplug it for many hours to discharge the capacitors and have the tv back to its factory settings.. I have done that many times and i have noticed that when i do it, the tv works fine for half a day or maybe a day and then it starts to act crazy. So i dont know what to do... I would like someone to provide me with some advice and recommendations, as well as possible solutions to the problem. I dont have any money right no so i cant have it repaired by a technician so i have though of unpluging it for like six months until i have payed my debts but i think that i should be able to fix it myself if someone here is nice enought to guide me through the process. I would really appreciate it Thank you
