Goto Start - Programs - Recovery Manager - Recovery Manager. In that recovery manager, click on next. Its shows the Software reinstallation page.Click on next button two times. Its shows the software lists.Select the webcam software and click on next button. After reinstallation completed , u restart laptop and check it. If ur laptop have windows XP operating system then u uninstall the webcam software through Add/Remove program and restart it.After restarting ,Reinstall the web cam software and check it. If u doesnt have webcam drivers then u go for nearest service centre and install it.
