I Have image registration

i have a ap3800c ricoh
I have registration problems with 11x17 thick paper even with plain paper
i run ajusting color registration but still have the same problem manually or automatic
then I did fuser ajust
but still have the same problem
I would like to know what can I do

bad transfer belt(the transparent one under the drums )
