- I have managed to make a password for my screen and managed it can't be unlocked. There are 10 times chance to put the password, I'm pretty sure that I put the right password. When I try to unlocked it, shows incorrect password. I have put 9 times already and left me 1 time to try but I don't dare to do that. Please help. need to reinstall the operating system with blackberry desktop manager!
can be all downloaded at blackberry.com
and your phone software can be downloaded at your providers website!
so you will need 2 thing:
1 blackberry desktop manager
2 blackberry handheld device software
just google each word and dowload according to the model you have!
