Replaced plugs and wires replaced fuel pump relay replace fuel filter replaced fuel pump no fuel coming out of pump
Then your problem is electrical, make a tool if you replaced the relay open the cover of that relay, there you will expose the mechanical contact of the relay stick it back in its socket trun the key on and make the relay make contact the fuelpump should go on.If it does the problem will reside in the ignition switch electrical,if it doesnt check the ECM bat fuse.should be 20 amps.

Check the cable that goes from your battery to the fuse box the relay that is clicking is on. Check for lose bolts or corrosion of the contacts or something like that. If the relay is clicking it sounds to me like it is a voltage issue going to the relay.

on a lot of ford products there is a switch that goes from the fuel pump to the inside of one of the bedsides.
what this is, is a shock switch that turns the fuel pump off if it absorbs a hit.
its a really dumb safety feature but its effective.
