Question about SanDisk Sansa E280 MP3 Player
When I both turn on my Sansa and plug it into the computer, it gets stuck on the opening SanDisk screen. It then sits there for approx 15-20 seconds then whites out. I also have to hold down the power button for about 45 seconds to turn it off. Prior to this I had deleted a few albums from my Sansa on WMP, but it deleted 90% of my library. Then it froze when I was trying to find my music.
You can try to reset the device by pressing the power button for about 15 to 20 seconds..if that doesnt work I would recommend you to go to the sandisk site to update the firmware on your device or you can contact sandisk to they can help you with updating the firmware on your device..Please follow the link below to get the firmware
The number for sandisk is 1-866-726-3475
