    The menu is also blue.

OK, so .. broken color wheel is the problem ?

What next ? How do I fix this ?

    Thank you.

Our PB6100 started showing strange colours recently. We've only had it alittle over a year. The images are crisp and look fine still it's just everything looks kind of purpl'ish. Is this a broken colour wheel or are their multiple bulbs and one is simply burnt out?

    Thanks for your help...

All my colors are pink black, yellow but no green. I tried cleaning and deep eaningto no avail. could it correct if I replace cyan ink cartridge? redthevet@verizon.net

well printers use a series of shades and hues to equal the color you like. replace all the cartridges and see if the printer can run a test for alignment as well as quality. theirs often with all in ones a option to put the printed image on the scanner and see if it came out proper. but that's all in ones. the issue might just be that the printer is not reading the ink levels properly. you more then likely have 3 months of ink in the printer give or take if you printed only 2 documents a week. if you exceed that then id say you may have possibly run low on ink.

You can add this color in the Color Pallete to get in work. Let me know if you face difficulty, I will assist you further .

Loss Of Blue Color

The loss of blue could be one of 3 things. First of all if you are connected to a HD cable box or a HD sat. recvr. using component cables. Make sure the BLUE connection hasn't fallen out or is loose. The possibilities is the blue CRT (picture tube) itself or something in the blue CRT driving circuit.
