Problem for Samsung SyncMaster 175V (Black) 17" LCD Monitor

I can turn off and turn back on and it will repeat. Acts the same on any PC I attach it to.

Lol well coincedentally I used to go to the computer stores a few years back with my brother, and he showed me how to do what you just decribed. You basically create a restart program to launch apon startup. try running in-safe mode and checking for that
