the Camera from the USB port and reinstall the CD or Downloaded software
program. When the program asks you to connect the camera to the
USB port, do so and it should work.
Then to use it on the Web, do this. Web Camera’s have to be
setup on the program they are to be used with. Just installing the camera
on your computer does not set it up to broadcast on messengers or Skype.
Each program has Options that have to be setup in order for
the Audio and Video to function properly. A. Skype Setup:
After downloading and installing Skype (http://www.skype.com/intl/en-gb/download/skype/windows/beta/downloading/
) set it up as follows:
Go to Tools,
then Options, and click on Audio Settings and set the Microphone
and Speakers to the computer Audio Card.
click on the Video Settings.
camera if Installed Properly will come up and show a video picture.
on the bottom of the page click on Save.
The camera and audio should function properly. Your
friends and Family will now be able to see and her to you. B. Yahoo Setup:
After downloading and installing Yahoo Messenger
) set it up as follows:
Messenger at the top left and click on it.
go down to Preferences and click on it.
Calling and Devices on the right and set the Microphone and Speakers to
the computer Audio Card.
go to the Test Audio section and (in blue writing) click on
“Open the call setup assistant” and follow the instructions on the left

Areas to check
1: Have you updated your OS reciently, if so check the viber website to see if there is an update for it as well.
2: Have you reciently updated any hardware drivers and this problem started (check for conflict warning in HARDWARE MANAGER), if so roll back the driver to previous version and check for updates through viber that will be compatible.
3: Possible corrupted files in viber (NOT ANY VIRUS) just a mixed up file. Ensure you have your Viber # and password written down then uninstall viber then re-install AFTER a cold boot.
Please ensure you select the correct hardware version as not all downloads are compatible with your device.
Step 1: Flip the device over. Step 2: You should find the model number on the sticker underneath the device. Please see the example. Step 3: Take note of the exact model number and version of your product. The serial number is located right underneath the model number. In this example, the model number of the device is M20. NOTE: The images may vary depending on the exact model number of your Linksys Product. If there is no version number besides the model number it means that is version 1.
Go to My Computer, then the TomTom drive and click explore. Move your Map folder to the desktop. Then, delete everything on the tomtom drive. Unplug it, plug it back in, and start up Tomtom HOME and install all updates, keep unplugging, plugging back in, and installing updates until there aren't any more updates. Then move your map folder back to where it was on your TomTom drive.
Hi I have some experience with this problem and found two solutions:
One is to always keep phone software version and sync software version matched. If you didnt upgrade phone version you should stick with the sync application in your original CD!
If you upgraded to the latest phone version please use the latest sync version that was available at that time! Or, even better, ask the person who upgraded your phone to recommend the best sync version.
Two is to always exit all running applications before starting to sync since some files may be marked as "in use" and the backup process will not be completed. How to do that? goto Task Manager -> Open -> More -> End All and press the back button.
Other solutions I got from an SE technician:
Remove sync software before upgrading or reinstalling it.
Try to install on a different PC.
Format the Memory Card (AFTER YOU BACK IT UP!)
Install Outlook and only then the sync app.
Make sure you have the latest version of Windows Media Player. XP has all the right drivers but the iRiver needs to synchronise with Media Player inorder to transfer music onto the player using the sync function. Get Media Player 10 or higher then plug the iRiver into the computer.
