Re: My E815 'end call' key wont work. cant turn my phone...
The phone uses a complete keypad for all the buttons you may need to replace tne whole keypad flex assembly. if you can take apart the phone you can purchase the flex on ebay. if not contact your local cell phone tech or you con contact www.fixphonenow.com for a repair estimate.
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US. click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need. Goodluck!

Leave it on charger on a while. And then turn on.
If no luck try to open and clean it inside.
If than is not enough phone have not contact with power.
That is usually for old phones just don't turning on.
send it back under warrantee. I had the same problem and let them fix it. They'll have a new phone to you in 2 days and they'll save your contacts and put them on your new phone. Let me know how it works out.
It sounds like one of the charging prong contact is lose inside.
to determine this turn off your phone and try to put it to charge.
if the phone powers up by it self. then that is the issue. and only someone with the right tools and knowledge can solder the contact/connector back the the main board.
If any questions please ask.
usallly new phones must be charged for 6 hours . try doing it . try to locte any other buttons on the body of ur phone . if u cant find a (i) mark in end button then its not hte power button . nokias powe buttons are indicted with it . it amy be in the body of ur phone
I had the same problem but for some reason was able to use one of those Energizer battery chargers but no others!! I took it to Verizon and they cleaned the pins. Try using a toothbrush to clean it. That worked for awile then stopped. I took it to them againa and since it was still under warranty, they gave me a new one!
