I'm sorry, but not really. Either it is broken (which would have to be taken to someone to be repaired), or their is an error in the system (which would have to be taken to someone to be repaired).

Restart the HID Human Interface Service. To fix this problem yourself, follow these steps:
In Windows Vista or Windows 7, click Start, type services.msc in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER.
If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Continue.
In Windows XP, click Start, click Run, type services.msc in the Open box, and then click OK.
