The blower is running and the T-stat is turn down to 50. Its a hot air furnace only no a/c. The red light is flashing on the white rodgers control bord. The code for it is flame no call for heat.

The circuit board thinks the furnace is running when it isnt supposed to. Check your flame sensor its a rod that senses the flames when they are lit clean it and also make sure it didnt get wet or is touching anything metal except for the porcelin. If that dont work you need a new circuit board. Let me know what happens

Help My LUXPSP511 Thermostat has 5 wires connected , Red yellow ,green white and blue.(marked C). There is a jumper between RH and RC. I bought a new LUX TX 9000RF which only has a 4 wire diagram, Do i...

Yes leave the C off if it is battery powered the only time you use the C is if it isnt battery powered.
Just to let you know LUX is an awful brand of t-stat they have a lot of issues with them. As a general rule always stick with white rodgers or honeywell stats they are made very well and reliable.

How much the tonnage in this chiller

tonnage is the measurement of cooling . there are 12000 B T U 's per ton so if you have a 3 ton unit you will hav 36000 BTU's... all so a chiller make cold water which is then pumped thru a building to air conditioner cools directly.

2.5 ton goodman coming on but the fan isnt blowing air throught the ducts smoke

>check for the content of refrigerant from the accu-chiller maybe the refrigerant pipe has a leak that is why the condensation of the basic refrigeration cycle does not takes place so in return high temperature is producing on the fan coil unit to which the air duct to supply fresh air to the room is discharging a smoke instead of a fresh air.
>check if the accu-chiller has an air restriction from its condenser fins because if it has an air restrictions the hot air from this unit cycling around cannot discharge to the atmosphere that is why the FCU to which the airducto to supply fresh air is connected will be producing a smoke.
>check for the FCU fan motor overloading to which the airduct to supply fresh air was connected that is why it is producing a smoke.

I turn on the power switch and the blower turns on and stays on. I can get the pilot light to stay on but the burners will not light even after I turn the RED gas valve to ON. There is no thermostat...

Hello Skyhalliday,

I understand that you are having a problem with you central heat/air. You do not have a thermostat installed and have the red and yellow crossed in order to make the unit run.

The wires you have crossed are not to the heat if they are to the common color code. Here is the color code for HVAC units:
Thermostat / Wire / what is controlled
W / White / Heat gas valve or heat elements
Rc(Rh) / Red / 24 volts transformer
G / Green / Fan
Y / Yellow / Air Conditioner Outside unit
C / Blue or Black / Common (energizes thermostats that do not have batteries)

You may not have the proper wires shorted in order to have the burners engage.

Thank you for choosing

Bottom blower dose not go on

you should have two wires that go to a capacitor for turning the motor the right way durring start up then you should have two wires for run current. Now my motor has red and blue as the run voltage and blue and a white wire to the capacitor -6uf+/-10-5%@250AC. This cap is mounted on your fan shroud and refer to you top motor wire configuration, as both blower motors is in like the same wire colors to cap. Now my lower motor keeps blowing the thermal fuse and dose not overheat as the thermal needs at least 360 degrees of heat to blow yet my moter when running is not that hot.... I would replace the motor and cant seem to find one where did you find yours.
