Geovision install

I am trying to install the software for the geovision card and it just won't install. When I try to install the driver, or anything else, I get an "Install fail" message. Obviously nothing works without the driver. I have tried from the cd and the web site with the same result. I have tried with the card installed and the card out. Same result. Geovision tech service is less than helpful. I tried moving the card to a different card slot. Same result. I have been told that the pc has to have a pentium 4 processor and an intel mother board. It does. Anybody got a thought?
