Dishwasher bubbles

I have a kenmore elite mod- 16599201 stock # 16599 , recently there has been bubbles in the washer after the wash cycle ends . I thought that I might of put detergent in the jet dry hole so I removed the dispenser and rinsed the whole thing completely clean and reinstalled it. but the bubbles are still there . I think its the jet dry not completely rinsing away. I cleaned the dishwasher with vinegar and then glisten. My water temp is slightly low as I have my water heater set at 140 dec. f. This has stumped my and I won,t eat of dishes that seem to have some kind of residue
