Turn off PS3 system.. 1: Reset your modem by unplugging it from the main power source. 2: After a few minutes, plug modem power back into modem. Allow all connections to configure 3: Turn on PS3 system. 4: Go to "Settings" then scroll all the way down to "Network Settings" 5: Make sure that the "internet connection" (the second menu) is "Enabled" 6: Go to "Internet Connection Settings" and go through the motions again.
this error means you basically can't get connected to Internet. It's due probably to an IP conflict on your local LAN.
Try to do the following:
- switch your PS3 off
- switch any device connected to your local LAN (laptops, desktops, iphones, etc..)
- unplug power cable from your modem/router
- unplug ethernet cable from both PS3 and modem/router
- wait 1 minute, plug everything right back
- switch your PS3 on and see if this error has gone.

The Wii console is not able to connect to your wired router or modem.
If your connection worked previously, check to see if thereis a Wii System Update that you have not aquired. To get the latest WiiSystem Update:
From the Wii's main menu, select the Wii icon along the bottom left of the screen.
Select "Wii Settings".
Click the left arrow to get to Wii System Settings 3
Choose "Wii System Update"
Choose "Yes" to connect to the internet and perform a Wii system update.
Make sure that you are using the Wii LAN Adapter made by Nintendo (click here for a picture and connection steps). LAN adapters not made by Nintendo likely will not work with the Wii console.
Check to make sure you are not running the Wii LAN Adapterfrom a USB hub (a device that connects multiple USB products through asingle device), as this will likely not work. Connect the USB Connectordirectly to the modem or router.
Ensure that the Wii LAN Adapter setup is correct, and that the Wii LAN Adapter was connected with the console turned off. For step by step connection instructions, please click here.
Check to see if the ethernet cable you are using is not working properly, by connecting another ethernet cable from your router/modem to the Wii LAN Adapter. If the connection works using a different cable, then the problem was with the first cable.
Ifpossible, try another Wii LAN Adapter. If you are unable to try anotherWii LAN Adapter, or are still receiving this error code, please call1-800-255-3700 for assistance.
