Question about LG VX8350 Cellular Phone
When I turn my phone on I hear the Verizon Wireless sound, then once the phone is on, no sound works. I can't hear callers and callers can't hear me, I can't hear the music on my phone, and any other sound on my phone.
I had this same problem once. See if the phone works fine with the headset plugged in. If so, then something is inside the jack that must be removed. I cleared mine by just rapidly plugging and unplugging the headset jack. Then blowing in the hole to clear any debris. It fixed it right up! Verizon had no clue, and was going to just send me a replacement phone.

I have had the same problem; twice. The first time it seemed that removing the battery and replacing to "reboot" the phone worked. That did not work the second time. After reading guest768's solution, I tried that. I blew into the headphone jackhole and ran and wiggled the end of a paperclip inside it, then lightly tapped the phone on a pad of paper and blew in it once more. The phone now works. No more headphone for it; I'll stick to hands free. Thanks for the solution, guest768!
