You will need to contact your cellular provider and request assistance from Tech Support. You will be asked certain questions to verify ownership of the phone. An override code will then be provided to you to unlock the phone.

i don't know if this will work on your cellphone, type zeroes on the code bar until it stops then enter it usually works on other cellphones

take it to an independant cell phone shop, if you take it to a franchise store like vodafone for example they have strict regulations about codes and reseting devices, the smaller stores are more helpful
