Question about Microsoft Windows Server Standard 2003 for PC
Hi i m naveen from india and i m using broadband for 2 month and using 750ul plan so i get around 256kbps speed but instead of that my current band shown only 20 to 30 kbps mostly in a day when i start net it will be okay its around 190-200 kbps but soonafter 20 minutes it drops to 20kbps my download speep is always between 2 to 5kb i have no problem in my pc i use avg anti virus ther is no spy adw mal in my system i dont know what to do i m very confused is this the speed i get so please help to solute my problem please.............. my email is firstname.lastname@example.org

The transfer rate is at its optimum for one-fourth the total connection speed.
Since your connectio is 256 hence you should be getting 60-65 average speed.
Try using DAP (DOWNLOAD ACCELERATOR) which is available free from the following site...
