Question about Microsoft Windows XP Professional
I have a licenced Window XP pro on my laptop but a few days back I had to get my laptop formated due to some virues but when I tried to install the OS the CD din't work I have the code and the card with me I called up microsoft for help thy told me to log on to http/:solution.microsoft.com and from there to some place where is form appears but when I feed my product code it says invalid product code What should I do now should I call up microsoft again
Before contact Microsoft see if you are able to borrow a friends XP Pro disk, then try again with your product code.
if you are unable to borrow a disk or if your code still does not work then contact Microsoft for further advise.
Don't be tempted to download any Microsoft OS disk from the Internet, you simply will not be able to tell if it has been altered for nefarious reasons.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
