Gateway Media Center PC is on, but there is no picture.

I have been fixing one for a customer. At first I thought that it was the typical burned out powersupply. Delta Electronics has created a replacement. The old REV 00 is 185 watts peak. The new REV01 is 185 nominal. Was the shaggy067 did not take the time to look up is that the 610 is an "All in one" modular monitor/case.
This customers is the first one that I have replace the power supply and it still does not work. I believe the flourescent backer of the LCD is shot. I will not know for sure until I find another one. The S-video works fine, so I am testing it using my projector. Everything works except the lcd panel.

If you dont use the tvtuner card remove it,it fixed my blinking display problem

BAD ATI Vedio Card.

make sure all the cables are installed in the back of the PC and including the display cable. turn on again and see if that works. If you installed a grafix card be sure you have the integrated uninstalled first. If that is not the problem check the pins on the display cable and make sure none of them are bent.
