I have lost the jug bin of my juicer (where the fruit pulp goes) and am no longer able to use the product as I get waste every where. Could someone tell me where to get a new one from? I have a JE95B...

I really have no idea where to find a new one, but... I've got Jack Lalenne's Power Juicer, an older model, and I, too, have lost the jug bin. So, what I do, is use a plastic bag. I pull it over the whole opening through which the pulp comes out and add some scotch tape so it doesn't fall off. I'm pretty sure a paper bag could be used, as well. I know it doesn't answer your question, but it can be a temporary solution..!

I am taking my juicer apart. I took the three screws out and the grinder plate. How do I get the filter out that is beneath the grinder plate.

Don't take the screws out! That plate is not meant to come off.

The filter unit is removed from the base by unscrewing it counterclockwise using the two holes in the plate that you unscrewed. The juicer originally came with a plastic tool with two prongs that fit in the holes and acted like a sort of handle you could use to unscrew the assembly.

If you don't have the tool, you can use two small screw drivers or jury-rig a tool out of a piece of coat hanger shaped into a U to gain leverage to dismount the entire filter/blade assembly for washing.

Hope this helps!

Are you talking about the clutch nut that screws

We need to find out how to take the seive out of an Atlas juicer to clean it. It looks like it ought to screw out, but a lot of force did not do the trick and I don't want to ruin by applying too much...

there should be a metal pen that fits down in the very center of the center part that holds the shredder plate and the sieve in the juicers. you use that pin to place in a hole on the side of the part that hold the shredder plate and sieve in the juicer you can then hold that center part and turn the sieve and thus unscrew the center part to remove the whole thing.

The coupling on the juicer basket end is no big problem, but the coupling on the motor end is a big problem as you need to stop the motor from rotating to unscrew the coupling. This means remiving the base of the juicer which may be difficult because of the type of screws involved.

I didn't have the appropriate "crescent tool" either, so I took a small screwdriver and while holding on to the outer orange sieve, I rotated the inner piece counter clockwise and it loosened so that I could fully disassemble the machine.

How to dissassemble Jack Lalanne Power Juicer?

After about a half hour I finally figured it out. I'll go through all the steps.

1. Remove pusher from chute.
2. Pull the locking bar down over the spout.
3. Remove lid.
4. This part is tricky. Stick the orange crescent tool into the blade holes and while holding the filter basket steady with one hand, turn the blade couterclockwise while pulling up.You do have put a little muscle into it. And remember, if you don't hold the filter steady, the whole damn thing just spins.
5. Remove the receptacle.

Good juicer, but it seems unnecessarily complicated.
