Re: Print Sooler not installed
If you are receiving SPOOL.SVC or PRINT SPOOLER ERRORS when trying to
uninstall/reinstall your printer, or when trying to print a document or
access the printer properties, please follow the steps below.
The following are examples of some of the messages you may be receiving:

The print spooler service is not running. Windows cannot print due to a problem with the current printer setup. (When clicking Add Printer) Operation could not be completed.
NOTE: Only these types of errors warrant the troubleshooting steps clearly defined below.
SPOOL.SVC is an operating system function which carries files through the operating system

Windows, however operating system issues may cause it to become

Please try the following to start the service again:
1) Click on START, right click MY COMPUTER, left click MANAGE. 2) On the left column, double-left click SERVICES AND APPLICATIONS, then click SERVICES. 3) Locate and highlight the PRINT SPOOLER on the list of Services. 4) Click START THE SERVICE.
If errors occur and the service cannot be started, there is another issue within the operating system itself.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

hi! Print Spooler is actually a service for your Operating system- Try this
Click on start and click on run in the open box type in services.msc and your services local window should open, scroll down and look for print spooler, highlight it and do a right click and on the dropdown menu left click on stop and it will go to a process of stopping the service and then right click back and click on start. if you get an error message about print spooling or spooler, then that means you have a problem with the operating system. call or go to microsoft help and support online in that case. and RPC server unavailable error has something to do with a network printer. but i believe you setup the printer locally.
1. Go to Start > Run and type in services.msc then press Enter.
2. In the window that opens find "Print Spooler" on the right
3. Right-click "Print Spooler" and select "Properties".
4. Click on the "Recovery" tab and change all 3 drop-down boxes to "Restart The Service".
5. Make sure the 2 text boxes underneath say "1" in them.
6. Click Ok until you are back at the Services window, close it and you're good to go.
7. Go back into the properties of the "Print Spooler" tab and be sure to click Start to restart the Print Spooler service and it will restart the service immediately.
This is JISHKUMAR, U need to click on dependencies tab.this u will get it when u double click on print spooler.just look which are the services under dependencies..whatever services you will find just go to that services and start them and then start print spooler service. this will 101% solve your problem
A 1068 is a service dependency error. Print Spooler can't start because it thinks a service it depends on is not running.
click Start, then click run. Type in "services.msc" without the " " marks
Go into services and check its
dependencies, it should just be the RPC service, which you shouldn't be
able to stop, check that RPC is running
Double click print
spooler and click the dependencies tab. See if there are any other
dependencies set besides rpc. If so you will want to find them in
services and make sure they are set to automatic and are running (will
probably need to start them).
Then try to start "Print Spooler" service, should work. May need to reinstall printer drivers then.
