Installing windows software for Kodak ESP5 all in one printer and message appears ''The 32 bit operating system required by the software is above windows xp sp2. What do I do?

Go to the windows (microsoft website) and search for Windows XP SP3 dowload. Though you have the SP2, (service pack 2) you need to upgrade the service pack.

Downlaod the service pack 3 for XP and then re-install your printer.

If this does not work, please let me know.

Olympus P440 Dose not work on Vista

The driver for the P-440 printer will work in Windows Vista. To install it you will need to run it in Windows compatibility mode XP service pack 2. Download the P-440 driver to your desktop from the olympusamerica.com website. Open the zip file, right click the mouse on the setup.exe file then left click on Properties. There will be a compatibility tab there. Select XP Service pack 2 and then click Ok. Connect the printer and as it goes through the found new hardware wizard direct to the folder location on your desktop for the files it needs to load the device driver.
