Question about Samsung SGH-E316
I didn't drop the phone nor did it get wet. it's a Samsung E316. I went to make a call and the top of the phone slipped out of place. I snapped it back and the screen went completely blank. I can make calls and receive them but of course can't see the Caller ID or see the numbers I'm punching in. I love this phone and don't want to lose it! Please help!
If the phone was not droped then the problem lies with the cable that connects from the main boared to the screen, it should be replaced.
