Question about Sharp Televison & Video
To my knowledge, most VCR units would have a yellow, red and white connectors commonly called RCA. What is required then is a triple RCA to RCA connector as shown below. The yellow is normally connected to the video, while the red & white are for the R & L of the audio. An identical set would be on the rear of the TV unit henceforth the connection would be OUT from the VCR to the IN of the LC-32AF3X. Thereafter, the TV must be set to A/V, V1, Video or Aux.
In some instances, a single cable is used to connect some models to the TV. This is called an RF patch cord and would look something like below. This would come form the RF OUT of the VCR to the RF/CABLE/ANT IN of the TV. Pls make sure that the style/form fits your units. Additionally, the TV must be set to either Ch 3 or 4 or whatever the VCR is using as its RF output channel.
Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information. Good luck and kind regards. Thank you for using FixYa.
