Question about Sony DVP-CX985V Multi-disc DVD Player
Recently I just insert a new dvd I bought and used it in my dvp-cx995v player then it displayed can not reading and it jump to the next disk and it display the same message and so on jump to the next disk. even with my old disks that I knew for sure I played serveral times with out having any problem and the dvd have a weird sound it look like trying to read the dvd but it having problem. let me know if anyone can help me solve this problems. thanks!

all you need to do is use the DVD Service Disc that you got when you bought your DVD player,, or go to www.panasonic.com and e-mail them about getting the codes removed so you can play overseas DVD, they sent me a disk for FREE and guess what it worked,,,, it comes with the instructions, here is what it says,,,
INSERT DISK- and confirm "STOP" is displayed...
USING THE REMOTE press "SETUP"
Go to "DISPLAY" menu
Select "ON SCREEN MESSAGES" then press "ENTER" button
Press ">10" found on the bottom right coner
Press "6" button
Press "4" button
Press "3" button
Press "8" button
A PASSWORD WINDOW SHOULD APPEAR
TYPE IN "3192"
PRESS THE "ENTER" BUTTON TWICE
the disk will be read, when finished remove disk
