Question about Nokia 6288 Cellular Phone
This is a setting for the phone from the provider, it is probably related to the account and possible problem with payment to cingular/att. I suggest calling your provider to see if the billing info they have is correct, alot of phone companies can do this when the account is unpaid or not set up completely... hope this helps :)
