FIRST THING IS TO PULL THE UNIT OUT OF THE CASE,NOW ISOLATE THE HEAT STRIP BY DIS CONNECTING THE LEADS,NOW TAKE YOUR OHMMETER & CHECK FOR CONNTINUITY,I'M WILLING TO BET YOU GET INFINITE OHMS(WHICH MEANS YOU NEED TO REPLACE THE STRIP)IF NOT YOU HAVE A RELAY OR SWITCH PROBLEM.(LET ME KNOW)
