Question about Macally BLUEWAVE Wireless Headset
The little white transmitting "dongle" normally starts with purple led and then goes to blue led when all is well. Can't get past the purple led, and there is no signal heard. All batteries checked with meter and above 1.5 volts. Unit is around a year old. Diagnosis?
Please take out the batteries from the dongle and headset for 20 minutes.
Insert a new battery into the dongle, plug into your player and turn it on.
Wait for 2 minutes, insert another new battery into the headset and turn it on.
It will take about 2 minutes to connect each other at first time.
