Question about Canon PIXMA MP130 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I have purchased premium support - invoice no. 75888. FixYa Email ID#191. I received a message - Email ID#22 - asking whether I want to buy premium support or if I'd fixed my problem. I have not fixed my problem. Printer keeps displaying 'check ink tank'. On one occasion it displayed 'jammed cartridge press ok'. The only way I got rid of that message was to turn printer off. But then it went right back to 'check ink tank'.
Do I understand you purchased premium support for your problem, and were billed but no expert ever provided support at all or provided support that didn't solve your problem. Which one?
Because this is usually an easy fix. Do you have an error code associated with this problem like error U163 or E3
