We had a similar problem with our Bosch dryer... every now and then when we were using the dryer an alarm would go off and it would stop drying. We checked through the manual and it had no information. Then one day I noticed that there was a flap on the end of the exhaust vent outside the house. As an experiment I propped the flap open so that it never fully closes.  Now we never have the problem with the dryer. I suspect what was happening was that as the dryer was reaching the end of the drying cycle it was pumping out less and less exhaust to the point where it was too weak to open the vent flap, and the build up of exhaust in the ductwork was what was triggering the alarm.

It looks like that is not correct Conductivity sensor (two brushes; wiring and electronic). I'd like to know if you replaced the both carbon brush (6), which makes contact with the drum shaft is situated in the protective housing (7) of the drum shaft and carbon brush 3b.

programme is being performed):
- Press button start/pause and first nearest button simultaneously for at least 5 seconds: the display shows the last alarm. The alarm sequence continues to flash as long as the two buttons are held down.
The appliance continues the cycle while the alarm codes are being displayed. If the appliance is in programme selection mode, the options previously selected are stored in memory.
However, your tumble dryer is smart and if something is wrong it should be displayed by the alarm codes.

Smoke alarms keep going off

Check your heating system. Did this start happening when you turned the heat on in the house or does this not apply in your area.

Dryer not heating in any dry cycle and check filter light comes on, although filter is clean. IHow many fileters are there.

Just one but the thing is if there is a restriction in airflow that's the alarm your going to get. Turn the dryer on and with it running located where it vents to outside and verify that there is a good strong air flow. If not lint could be blocking the path, the vent itself could be crushed behind the dryer, Another way to check is to just pull the dryer vent off the back and turn it on and see if the alarm comes on. If not then the dryer is fine and you have an exhaust issue.

go back to the last thing that changed..."as soon as I put the unit back together"...what item may have pinched a wire during re-assembly....not saying it wasn't pinched before you started. I am saying there is a possibility of a wire pinched to chassis...an electrical short.
