COMPUTER LOCKED BY VIRUS, HOW TO OPEN IT

Hello my advice to you, is to visit a computer repair shop, and let them remove the virus for you.
You can try to install this program, in failsafe mode:
http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free/
By pressing F8 when booting.
And run the program when installed.
The virus will probably don`t let you install anything, but you can try to open msconfig, by typing msconfig in start and run, and disable suspicious running programs in the start selection.
This will prevent the program to start next time you reboot.
If you have succes with this, run malwarebytes when you have installed the program.

Good luck

Virus

A program or piece of code that is loaded onto your computer without your knowledge and runs against your wishes. Viruses can also replicate themselves. All computer viruses are manmade. A simple virus that can make a copy of it over and over again is relatively easy to produce. Even such a simple virus is dangerous because it will quickly use all available memory and bring the system to a halt. An even more dangerous type of virus is one capable of transmitting itself across networks and bypassing security systems.
Since 1987, when a virus infected ARPANET, a large network used by the Defense Department and many universities, many antivirus programs have become available. These programs periodically check your computer system for the best-known types of viruses.
Some people distinguish between general viruses and worms. A worm is a special type of virus that can replicate it and use memory, but cannot attach it to other programs.

Or

A computer virus is a computer program that can copy itself[1] and infect a computer. The term "virus" is also commonly but erroneously used to refer to other types of malware, including but not limited to adware and spyware programs that do not have the reproductive ability. A true virus can spread from one computer to another (in some form of executable code) when its host is taken to the target computer; for instance because a user sent it over a network or the Internet, or carried it on a removable medium such as a floppy disk, CD, DVD, or USB drive.

Computer locked up by other program

Do a SAFE BOOT (search Google on how to do this for your model) to start the computer with minimal drivers and running software.
Then, go to Start>Control Panel>Programs and Uninstall this program that is causing issues. You can also go to Start>Run>type msconfig>Startup tab>uncheck the box next to the software name. Then go to the Boot tab to uncheck SAFE MODE.

Reboot into Normal mode, and run anti-virus and malware scans.
