got dropped? ..basically this camera is dust now.... to fix barrel you can attempt to wedge pry or reshape ...but if dropped and tweaked lens barrel it is worth less than cost of repair...
if it is power issue only...try to reset ..go to cameras website to see if a resettign process is listed ..new firmware etc.. and hope that does it for you
