Question about RaidMax RX-9 ATX Mid-Tower Case

1 Answer

Temperature Error? I started this computer today and the LCD readout is fine except for one thing. The area where it would typically read out a temperature now says "Error" and the computer has been beeping consistently ever since. I have no idea what could be causing this. Any help? :)

Re: Temperature Error?

The lcd display, must have a temperature sensor connected to the board, remove and re boot pc , as the beeps are indicating a overheated processor. See if pc boots without beeps, and check the pc temperature in the bios screen is normal. If so board fault on sensor.

Atx case manual mid tower

To fix this you need to check what causes this problem. In this case it is high temperature. This can be caused by faulty(broken) sensor or a high temperature.
If its indicating which of the 3 sensors is causing this alarm, investigate that sensor. Check if the coolers are dusty and clean them if needed.
Also it could be the the temperature of the alarm is set to low, adjust it if possible/needed.
Another (not really a)solution is just to disconnect the the sensor that is causing the alarm and just leave it hanging inside the case. But I only advise this if you want to get rid of the alarm.
Good luck!

How can i install dill to my laptop? there is a message dill is missing!

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say what you meant to say was "dll" as in dynamic link library, and this depends on which ones you are missing. Typically you will have to re-install the program that is giving you the error message. If all else fails when you get the message again take note of the full file name "filename.dll" and do a Google search for it as a standalone file. If you go this route be aware that there are dangers and scan the file for viruses before copying it to your system folder.

Need to remove lcd

These are the tips you should follow. This is my solution regards about my laptop problem.

You replaced the broken LCD screen in your laptop with a new screen but it’s not working. Does this sound like your problem? Let’s find out what could be wrong and how you can fix it.
First of all, I assume that your new LCD screen is compatible withthe old one. Different screens require different video cables. Makesure you new screen is compatible with your laptop.
OK, let’s say you accidentally damaged the LCD screen in yourlaptop. A part of the screen still works fine but you cannot use itlike that so you decided to replace the screen yourself.
screen-not-working-1.jpgYou did some research and purchased a compatible screen, installedit into the laptop, turned it on and… The new screen is not working!!!What could be wrong?

Before you start to panic, check all cable connections again. Checkconnection between the video cable, LCD screen and inverter board.Reconnect cables just in case.
screen-not-working-3.jpgTake a closer look at the connection between the video cable and LCDscreen. It’s possible you accidentally pulled the video cable from theconnector during the screen installation.
screen-not-working-4.jpgThe video cable has to be seated properly, all the way down.
screen-not-working-5.jpgAlso, on some older LCD screens there are very thin pins inside theconnector. Take a look inside the connector, make sure there are nodamaged (bent) pins.
You can straighten bent pins with a very small screwdriver but this procedure requires a lot of patience and concentration.
Fortunately, most newer LCDs have a different type of connector, without fragile pins inside.
screen-not-working-6.jpgOK, you have reseated all connectors and cannot see anything wrong but the new screen still is not working. What’s next?

Remove the new screen and connect the old one. If the old one worksproperly (except the damaged area) but the new one is dead, apparentlythe new screen is defective and has to be replaced.
Hopefully it has warranty.
Here’s another scenario. The new screen kinda works. You can see a very faint image but there is no backlight.
If that’s the case, disconnect the new screen from the inverterboard and plug in the old screen instead, as it shown on the picturebelow. If the backlight inside the old screen lights up, apparently thenew screen has defective backlight lamp and has to be replaced.

Good luck !!

Ultra m923 mid-tower case won't stop beeping

The problem is the board on the case's display. It has temp alarms for your components(video card, hdd, cpu), there are temp probes for you to set so you can monitor these temps. However the board that controls these functions, or at least mine and many others I have read about, is defective. It will change display constantly and sometimes have garbage display. It is setting its own limits for what is considered a hi temperature. The limit it has set for one of your components is < room temperature so it thinks you are having an overheating problem. You can manually set the limit for overheat and it will fix it for a while, but it will prob happen again.

All the wires on my computer are not hooked up

All I can tell you is to read up on specific computer hardware components. Get a few magazines on PC's and read them. Its not something that is easily explained without reading up on.
