Question about HP Photosmart 4180 All-in-One Printer
I bought this HP 4180 all in one about 6 months ago, while trying to install, I found it wasn't compatable with my win98, so I resealed everything. Now I have a new pc, installed everything and it does print. It's just that after repeated cleanings the printed test sheets still come out without yellow. Can I clean the holes with alcohal, or better not to? Is this happening because I let it sit resealed, and a new ink cartridge will be fine?
New ink cartridge is much advisable.
but for expriment basis i will tell you to place the ink cartridge in the bowl of water only the head from where the ink comes out in the water for nearly 24 hours.then remove the cartridge and clean it completely.then check.
hope this helps............
