Question about Visioneer Strobe XP 200 Path-Through Scanner
THERE IS A LINE DOWN THE SIDE OF EVERY SCANNED DOCUMENT. THIS IS A NEW SCANNER (LESS THAN 2 MONTHS OLD).
WE DID NOT HAVE A "CLEANING SHEET" AS WAS SUGGESTED BY THE MAKERS OF THE VISIONEERS. APPARENTLY OURS DID NOT COME WITH ONE UPON PURCHASE. HOWEVER, WE WERE SUPPLIED WITH A CALIBRATION SHEET. WE SIMPLY RAN THE CALIBRATION SHEET AGAIN ...... PROBLEM SOLVED.
