Question about Global Star Software Age Of Sail 2: Privateer's Bounty for Windows
All you have to do is go into properties by right clicking on the shortcut icon. Find "compatability." The problem lies in the fact that most contemporary computers are too advanced for the older game, so you have to slow the processing speed down. When you find "compatability," change it to "Windows 2000." 98 is too slow, and XP is too fast. If 2000 doesn't work, try a different operating system. The game should load now.

Does the loading screen remains there or it goes and nothing shows up? Right-Click on ur taskbar and go on task manager. Under the processes tab, check if u can locate the game in there. It's often the one which is taking most of your resources. If so, u might need to upgrade ur pc or maybe the problem might be somewhere else. I could give u a more accurate answer if you gave me more clarification
