Question about Fujitsu Siemens Lifebook N5010 Notebook

My lifebook shuts off automatically. When I attempt to turn it back on, I can hear the fan running and the lights illuminate across the top indicating that there is power but the screen remains black. I have to push the on/off switched at least thirty times before the screen finally displays. In most instances, it just continues to power off. I have used te liquid dust to clean the fan and I also have a laptop fan I use all the time to attempt from overheating. Not knowing much about computers, someone suggested that I may require additional memory. This worked for approximately two months and here I/we are again with the same issue.
In the instances when the lifebook powers on I cannot connect to the internet (which has not been a problem until the automatic shut off).
Also, I have an external wireless device (D-Link). Now I am receiving an error message stating that I need to place the usb in an 2.0 outlet. I am using a 2.0 outlet but the device is not recognized.
If there is no solution(s), I will have to restore the lifebook to original. Unfortunately, I cannot afford a new laptop and obviously I do not want to loose all info/data but if there is no solution(s), I will have no choice but to restore the lifebook to it's original state. I am SSOOOO frustrated !!!

Sounds like overheating, if the machine just cuts off its either power fault or overheat and the machine will hit a certain temp about 90C for a period and cut out to prevent severe component damage .
you can try cleaning again, the thing is if its been running at high degrees C it may need fresh arctic silver on the CPU which thankfully is a pretty robust one in that machine.
