Hi
So maybe you need to install the driver that comes in a CD with the printer pack.
Then Plug your printer via USB when asked to do by the installer on the pc.
Follow the steps of installation untill there are none of them.
Open a Text Document and try printin it.
It's simple, I am sur you can do it.
I hope that works fine.

I not send a fax

If your having issues trying to send a fax does it give an error message? But if your not having an issues and need help setting the printer up to send faxes follow these steps.

Make sure you have the telephone line connected into the correct plug-in on the printer.

Go into the menu display on the printer and follow the steps on setting up your printer to send the faxes.

Once that is all done you there should be a button on the control panel that says "Fax" push that.

Now place your paper(s) in the top tray (face up or down depepnding on how your printer wants them. Look for the icon) that you need to fax over to where ever you are sending it.

Dial the fax number with the key pad and then click "send" or "start".

Hope this helps. Have a great day.

Connect mulitple Computers to one printer

Is your computer is networked or connected to each other? if its networked then you can use network printer sharing.

Because printers and networks vary, the best instructions for setting up and networking your printer should be in its users manual. Also, your network-ready printer may have come with installation software that can help you share the printer over the network.

There are three main steps you need to take when networking a printer, including the following: Enable the File And Printer Sharing setting, Make the printer available to all users, and Direct PCs to the printer.
