Question about Zanussi WJS1397W Front Load Washer / Dryer

Cycle completes but doesn't clean!

Hi, I actually have a Zanussi WDS1183W but it looks pretty similar to this one! Problem: On a darks cycle the machine completes quicker than it should and the clothes come out smelling nice and fresh but have not been cleaned properly. On hot cycles (whites) the machine just gets stuck after the filling with water, if you then turn the knob to the colours position it will complete the cycle but again not remove any stains. I have previously replaced the pump on this machine and it has worked fine for 6 months. Has anyone heard of a prolem like this? I am fairly handy at DIY so hope to be able to do a home fix job... could you please help me :) Many thanks, Luke

Zanussi washer dryer showing e20 error message in dryig cycle

This means that the filter is clogged. Unscrew the filter it'll be full of lint. E20 also means drain problem. If it actually goes through the Spin cycle then there is most likely some water still not drained out at the time of the tumble dry. Check the drain and the hose to make sure it isn't clogged.

Zanussi F1045W Front Load

indicated low water pressure from your external supply or blocked filters in the fill hose. turn water off, remove hose and check filter in end of hose - it is just a bit of gauze. also look into the valve and clean out if needed
