My dvd rd xv 45 will not play certain dvds any reason why!

I think that maybe the dvds are not the right type for your dvd player. why not try ringing up the dvd player company and asking them?

    or maybe the dvds that it wont play are scratched or broken in some way?

if your dvd player is not region free it will not play us dvds it will only play burnt dvds and dvds from your region unless u buy a region free dvd player

there is no region free code for your dvd player

Are you loading to play or to record?
Commercial DVDs should play.
DVDs for recording may not be recognized by your drive. First make sure that the disc is blank. You must insert a blank disc of the proper format: DVD-R or RW, DVD+R or RW. Even with the proper format, some brands may not behave the same way as other brands.

Your monitor may need adjustments to color,or it may be going bad.Try to hook up a different one,if it still the same way,maybe the computer it self,call teck support.
