How to do I transfer pictures from my internal memory to my memory stick?

I took a really cute picture of my son and I happened to realize that the memory stick wasn't in the camera therefore it is saved in the internal memory and I want to know how to transfer it to my memory stick.

Without looking for a manual on your camera, normally there is function in your camera menu to copy or transfer over to your memory stick, or maybe you can transfer the picture firstly to your pc(if you have one), then back across to your stick, by simply drag n drop as normal.
