I have konica 7020 and when I turn it on it give those error message

-   when the scanner/printer button is pressed,display says printer initialising.this initialising goes for several minutes then it says,printer board error.Is there any resetting code?sorry this is for konica 7020 copier and not ricoh.-   pal_vijendra
