Question about Canon PIXMA iP1600 Printer
Most manufactures put small chips in the ink cartridges. The driver
software knows when you have inserted a re-filled "same cartridge".
Hence you get an error.
Theres one way around this wall.
Keep at least two emptied cartridges. (Prefered three).
Go ahead & refill them & store them standing up so the nozzle does not dry out. Rotate your replacements.
