Question about Yahoo Mail

Yahoo mail i can open my yahoo mail but after 3-7 seconds, the mozilla closes. please help me..thanks

    i can't access to yahoomail.com, yahoo messenger, yahoo.com
    i open it with all explorer but it show that page load error or internet can not show this page . my yahoo messenger cannot access any e mail id
    i have 15 e mail id's i can try it from other pc, taht pc can access to e mail but my own pc cannot access plz help me !

Try to open your MY COMPUTER, in the address bar at the top, type in www.mail.yahoo.com and try to access your mails.. and check if anything is happening to your my computer. if it does not closes then you might have to reinstall the mozilla browser. from www.mozilla.com

I cannot open my unread yahoo mail


Try the instructions below maybe this would help.

Internet Explorer :
1. Open Internet explorer > Tools > Internet Option
2. On the General Tab under Browsing History, click on Delete
3. On the pop up windows that opens, make sure all check box are checked that has

cookies, temporary files, and etc..., then click on delete
4. Just close and re-open Internet Explorer

Mozilla Firefox
1. Open Mozilla Firefox > Tools > Clear Private data
2. On the pop up windows, make sure all boxes are checked as well and click on

delete.
3. Close and reopen Mozilla Firefox.

I can't log on to my e-mail


The problem is possibly caused by your Internet browser and not with your yahoo account. You need to clear the cookies and internet files to resolve the problem. Here's how:

Clear Cookies and Internet Files

* For Internet Explorer version 6
1. Open IE6 > Tools > Internet Options.
2. Click the Delete Cookies button and Delete History.
3. Click on OK > Close and re-open your IE6.
4. Try accessing your e-mail account.

* For Internet Explorer version 7
1. Open IE7 > Tools > Internet Options.
2. Click the "Delete" button under the Browsing History option.
3. Delete the Cookies, Internet Files
4. Click on OK > Close and re-open IE7
5. Try accessing your e-mail account.

* For Mozilla FireFox
1. Open Firefox > Tools
2. Select "Clear Recent History"
3. Select Cookies, Cache, Browsing and Download History.
4. Close and re-open Firefox
5. Access your e-mail

I can log in and see but no access to open emails etc


Try to delete all cookies and clear all cache. Please follow the steps below.

Internet Explorer :
1. Open Internet explorer > Tools > Internet Option

I cannot get email page when i sign into yahoo Every time i click on mail the page is blank with a toolbar stating number of unread mail

I can't send pics through email. Everytime I push attach and open my pics, then choose one pic to send, pictures close and nothing happens. What is going on. These are pics that I've sent before but can't...

When i log on it does not show the inbox its like a blank page


If this problem never happened before, you may try optimizing your Internet browser by clearing the Cookies, History and Internet Files. To do this, please follow the steps below:

* For Internet Explorer:
1. Run IE > Tools > Internet Options.
2. Locate the Browsing History portion and click the Delete button.
3. Delete the Cookies, Temporary Internet Files and History
4. Click on OK > close the IE.
5. Re-open IE > try accessing your Yahoo e-mail again.

* For Mozilla Firefox:
1. Run Firefox > Tools > Clear Recent History...
2. Click the drop-down arrow > select 'Everything'
3. Click on 'Clear Now' > close the Firefox.
4. Re-open Firefox > access your Yahoo mail.

As soon I log in to my yahoo account, the browser hangs. It has happened about 15 times since yesterday.. Please help.
