Tosiba projector problems

We have replaced the lamp in our toshiba TDP-T90 projector. No luck! We checked the voltage at the socket the lamp plugs it is 24 volts without the fan turned on and 55 volts with the fan turned on. Does anyone know if this is correct.

SOURCE: toshiba tdp-t90 projector. I rplaced the lamp on

set the beamer off, unplug the power line, press -on-/input/menue at the same time and plug the beamer to the power line again thereafter you can remove your fingers from the below mentioned buttons. now the lamp counter should be reseted to 0 hope this helps it works on a TDP-T100

How do I reset the lamp timer to '0' hours when I replace the bulb?

Make sure the main power switch is OFF. Hold the "ON", "MENU", and "INPUT" buttons at the same time and turn the main power switch on. Keep them held until the yellow power standby light comes on, then let go.

I just replaced my bulb on the toshiba tdp t45u projector and the red lamp light is still on and the projector still wont come on? how do i fix?

Check out the Power supply to the lamp . It must not be high . . Check if the voltages are correct to the lamp's unit and it's PCB [printed circuit board]. I recommend using a service manual .
.............................................................

Here is how to replace a projector's bulb correctly :

1:Make sure that your power switch is off and that the power cord is unplugged from the electrical socket.
It is also wise to unplug any other cables and label them in order to restore them in the right way once the lamp is replaced.

2:In order to see the lamp, remove the access handle on the outside cover. You may need to use a screwdriver.

3:Pull out the used lamp and clean the relevant parts using micro fiber products and not paper.
Please note that in some projectors a small inside filter should also be replaced.

4:Insert the new lamp into the projector carefully avoiding touching the glass of the lamp itself.
Touching the lamp will deposit skin oil that will likely damage any new lamp during use.

5:Reassemble the access panel, replug the cables and power up the projector.

Things You'll Need:
new projector lamp
screwdriver
micro fiber duster
Warning:
avoid touching the bare projector lamp
I hope this will help .
