Question about Acer AL1916W 19" LCD Monitor
What are you powering it with? I had that problem with a Daenyx which is 110 volt but uses a 12volt converter. The first time I tried it on 12volt was using a differnet cord and power from a charger. It would not work until I added a 12volt battery. The charger does does have a steady power flow it is sending 60 cycles per second - i wonder if your power source is not correct
